As part of their expansion, the franchisees wanted to offer an online shopping solution that matched the reputation of the brand. The goal: to provide a simple and modern online experience while respecting the local constraints of catalog management, logistics, and taxation specific to each franchisee.

A double challenge
Create a simple experience for the user, despite a rich catalog and complex logistics.
The first challenge was to adapt a shopping experience as simple and efficient as in a physical store, while managing the richness of the Monoprix catalog (grocery, fresh products, beauty, home...). The second was to orchestrate precise logistics: real-time availability, delivery and pickup slots, delivery zones, and the management of taxes specific to each market.
